All services are delivered one-on-one in your home by a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Recovery Specialist.

Hands-On Manual Therapy
We use skilled, hands-on treatment to reduce pain, improve tissue quality, and restore normal movement. This includes targeted soft-tissue work and joint techniques to address restrictions that limit how your body moves.
Manual therapy helps “reset” movement so exercises and daily activity feel easier and more natural.
Dry Needling
Dry needling is used to reduce muscle tension, calm irritated tissue, and improve mobility. It’s especially effective for stubborn tightness, trigger points, and pain that doesn’t respond well to stretching alone.
Cupping Therapy
Cupping helps improve circulation, reduce muscle stiffness, and increase tissue mobility. It’s commonly used for tight muscles, overworked areas, and movement restrictions that contribute to pain or compensation.
Cupping is often combined with movement and mobility work for longer-lasting results.
Myofascial & Trigger Point Release
When muscles and fascia become restricted, your body compensates — often leading to pain elsewhere. We use targeted techniques to release these restrictions, improve tissue glide, and restore normal movement patterns.
This is especially helpful for people who feel “tight all the time” despite stretching.
Muscle Scraping
When muscles and connective tissue become restricted, your body compensates — often leading to pain, stiffness, or limited movement.
We use muscle scraping to improve tissue mobility, reduce tension, and help restore normal movement patterns. This technique increases circulation and allows tight or overworked areas to move more freely.
Corrective Strength & Movement Re-Training
